evo uptime uses a small number of strictly necessary, first-party cookies that are required to operate the website and keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party fonts or scripts that would set cookies. Under EU and Romanian rules on cookies (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Romanian Law No. 506/2004), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, so we do not show a cookie banner.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you are visiting. “Session” cookies are deleted when you close your browser; “persistent” cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies such as local storage can be used for comparable purposes.

If we later introduce analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies or trackers, we will first present a consent banner that lets you accept or reject them by category, with “Reject all” as easy to use as “Accept all”, will not set non-essential cookies until you opt in, will let you change your choice at any time from a link in the footer, and will update this policy accordingly.
