This page lists the third parties that SOFTIVO INNOVATIONS S.R.L. uses to help provide the evo uptime Service and that may process personal data on our behalf. It supports our Privacy Policy and forms part of Annex 3 of our Data Processing Addendum. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract with data-protection terms and processes personal data only to perform its service.

When you configure alerts, the Service sends the alert content to destinations you choose on Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC / Salesforce) or Discord (Discord Inc.), using credentials or webhook URLs you supply. These platforms act on your instructions and under their own terms and privacy notices; they are not SOFTIVO INNOVATIONS S.R.L. sub-processors, and your relationship with them is your own. They are listed here for transparency.
Amazon Web Services (S3 storage and SES email) is present in our configuration but is not currently used to process personal data. If we activate it, this list will be updated in advance in accordance with section 5.
We keep this list current. Before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes personal data, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-app. Customers with a Data Processing Addendum may raise a reasonable data-protection objection within that period as described in that addendum.
